Eligibility Criteria :

1. Tenure: 1 year (extendable up to 2 more years based on performance)  

2. Job Location: Gurgaon / Manesar, Haryana  

3. Salary: ₹33,000/month (in-hand) | ₹37,000/- CTC  

4. Leave Policy: 15 Privilege + 12 Casual Leaves per year  

5. Facilities: Subsidized food (meals, tea, snacks), Uniform, 

6. 7-day initial accommodation  

7. Eligibility Criteria Gender: Male  

8. Age: 18 to 26 years (on joining date)  

9. Education:  Minimum 40% in 10th (Matric)  ITI Pass-Out (NCVT/SCVT)

Eligible Trades:  Fitter, Diesel Mechanic, Mechanic Motor Vehicle, Mechanic Tractor, Painter, Technician Automotive Manufacturing, Welder, Tool and Die Maker, Turner, Machinist, Mechanic Auto Body Painting, Mechanic Auto Body Repair

Selection process consists of :

1. Written Test (Technical, Aptitude & Behavioural)

2. Personal Interview
